Description
Maeda Koki MKC type AIR SIGNAL – Flow Indicator is engineered to provide immediate visual feedback and control over air and gas lines. It operates on a variable area principle, utilizing a transparent taper pipe housing a float ball. As the flow rate changes, the ball moves relative to a distinct red indication line, enabling the user to confirm the approximate flow quantity simply by viewing the device.
Unlike standard indicators, this unit features an integrated miniature adjustment valve. This allows the operator to manually set the necessary flow quantity by aligning the float ball with the indication line, ensuring the system operates within its required parameters. To withstand the rigors of industrial environments, the glass components are shielded by a sturdy metal protective cover, significantly reducing the possibility of damage from external shocks or impact. Furthermore, the internal spring mechanism eliminates gravity dependence, allowing for universal installation—whether facing up, down, or sideways—without compromising accuracy.
