Deskripsi Hengesbach TP-60 Resistance Thermometer
Hengesbach TP-60 Resistance Thermometer QUICKTEMP dengan fungsi “koneksi mudah” memungkinkan pengujian QA dan perbaikan serta pemeliharaan tanpa harus menghentikan proses dan membuka titik pengukuran. Seluruh perangkat, termasuk kepala sambungan dan sisipan pengukur, dapat dikeluarkan dari proses tanpa melonggarkan kabel listrik. Ini menghemat waktu dan sumber daya.
Sisipan pengukur adalah sensor PT100 dengan bantalan pegas dan kontak logam untuk memastikan transmisi panas yang baik dan waktu respons yang singkat. Desain sistem Quicktemp didasarkan pada satu perangkat dasar dengan berbagai panjang pas atau sambungan proses, dengan asumsi panjang pas yang ditentukan. Bagi pengguna, ini menjamin tingkat fleksibilitas yang tinggi, sekaligus meminimalkan biaya penyimpanan.
Panjang pemasangan yang sesuai aplikasi dan koneksi proses tersedia. Sensor suhu dapat dirancang sebagai output resistansi (2, 3, atau 4 kabel, PT100 ganda) atau dilengkapi dengan pemancar TE 42, HART (TE 52) atau Profibus PA (TE 82). Versi dengan pemancar ganda dan casing yang sesuai juga tersedia.
