Description
Maeda Koki MKCTV type WATER SIGNAL – Flow Indicator offers a streamlined approach to managing industrial water lines. It operates on a spring-loaded variable area principle, where the flow of water displaces a float ball within a transparent taper pipe. Operators can easily verify the flow rate by checking if the ball aligns with the prominent red indication line, ensuring the equipment receives the necessary cooling or supply volume.
What sets the MKCTV series apart is its superior versatility and durability. Unlike standard gravity-dependent water meters, this unit utilizes an internal spring that enables omnidirectional installation. It can be mounted horizontally, vertically, or sideways without affecting measurement accuracy. Additionally, it features a built-in miniature valve for direct flow throttling, eliminating the need for separate external valves. To ensure longevity in harsh factory environments, the glass components are housed within a robust metal protective cover, guarding against accidental impact and physical shock.
