Non-Intrusive Operation
The core advantage of the Nozzle Crocodile is its contactless technology. It detects the injector signals without requiring direct electrical connection or wire cutting, preserving the insulation and warranty of the vehicle. Once the control pulses are detected, the device converts them into normalized pulses. These processed signals are then transmitted to the data processing unit or telematics terminal. The number of sent pulses is directly proportional to the volume of consumed fuel, providing a reliable metric for calculating total fuel usage.
