Dinel CDSU Level Control Relay

Dinel CDSU Level Control Relay adalah unit saluran ganda yang dirancang untuk mengevaluasi status probe konduktif. Mereka termasuk power supply 5 V AC untuk memasok probe. Sakelar DIP memungkinkan untuk memilih mode dasar (fungsi independen dari dua sensor batas) atau mode kontrol level antara level maksimum dan minimum (kontrol pompa). Relai kontrol level memungkinkan penyesuaian sensitivitas terus-menerus dan pengaturan waktu tunda oleh pemangkas.

Fungsi dan Deskripsi

Basic mode – “LC” switch in OFF position

Activation of the probe connected to IN 1 input causes the closing of the output relay RE 1 terminal 14; 15 (CDSU–522) or 7; 6 (CDSU–522–W) is closed and shining LED indicator “OUT 1”.
Activation of the probe connected to IN 2 input causes the closing of the output relay RE 2 terminals 4; 3 (CDSU–522) or 10, 11 (CDSU–522–W) is closed and shining LED indicator “OUT 2”.

Pump-up function – “LC” switch in ON position

When the level drops below the probe connected to IN 1 (MIN) input, the output relay RE 1 terminal 14; 15 (CDSU–522) or 7; 6 (CDSU–522–W) are closed. The LED indicator “OUT 1” starts shining. This starts the active device (pump, valve, etc.) and the level goes up. When the level reaches the position of the probe connected to IN 2 (MAX) input, the output relay RE 1 terminal 14; 15 (CDSU–522) or 7; 6 (CDSU–522–W) are open. This stops the active device and the level goes down. LED indicator “OUT 1” darkens.

Pump-down function – “LC” switch in ON position

When the level drops below the probe connected to IN 2 (MAX) input, the output relay RE 1 terminal 14; 16 (CDSU–522) or 7; 8 (CDSU–522–W) is closed. LED indicator “OUT 1” darkens. This starts the active device (pump, valve, etc.) and the level goes down. When the level reaches the position of the probe connected to IN 1 (MIN) input, the output relay RE 1 terminal 14; 16 (CDSU–522) or 7; 8 (CDSU–522–W) is open. This stops the active device and the level goes up. The LED indicator “OUT 1” starts shining.

Sambungan Listrik

Unit ini tidak dilengkapi dengan sekring internal atau pemutus sirkuit catu daya. Oleh karena itu, sekering pemutus waktu tunda eksternal dengan nilai arus nominal kecil harus digunakan (disarankan bipolar, maks. 2A), dan pemutus sirkuit catu daya yang terletak di dekat unit. Jika menggunakan sekering monopolar, harus dipasang pada kabel fase (L).

Diameter kabel jaringan catu daya harus dipilih sedemikian rupa sehingga jika terjadi korsleting kabel dari sisi unit, kabel harus dilindungi dari kerusakan dengan sekering instalasi listrik.

Catatan: Dalam hal pengukuran (evaluasi) nilai dari pengukur level yang terletak di area dengan bahaya ledakan, perlu memasang pengulang isolasi antara unit tampilan PDU dan pengukur level.

Rentang Aplikasi

Unit ini dirancang untuk dipasangkan dengan pengukur level, yang terhubung melalui keluaran arus atau tegangan. Unit ini terus menampilkan level di unit fisik apa pun, sesuai dengan batas yang dipilih, dapat mengontrol peralihan peralatan yang terhubung (pompa, katup, dll.) Dan juga dapat digunakan sebagai catu daya untuk pengukur level.
