Deskripsi Brainchild Safety L41 Limit Controller
Brainchild Safety L41 Limit Controller adalah perlindungan suhu berlebih atau perangkat keamanan batas tinggi dengan output pengunci, yang menghilangkan daya dalam kondisi abnormal selama proses yang lebih tinggi dari titik setel batas tinggi atau lebih rendah dari titik setel batas rendah.
Unit ini didukung oleh pasokan 11-26 atau 90-250 VDC/VAC, menggabungkan 3 amp. bentuk C relay untuk kontrol batas, input universal yang sepenuhnya dapat diprogram untuk PT100, termokopel tipe J, K, T, E, B, R, S, N, L, dan 0~60mV, port opsi tersedia untuk salah satu fungsi berikut: output alarm, antarmuka komunikasi RS-485, output catu daya DC, output pemberi sinyal batas, dan masukan acara. Opsi output alternatif termasuk drive SSR dan triac. Sinyal input didigitalkan dengan menggunakan konverter A-to-D 18-bit. Kecepatan pengambilan sampelnya yang cepat (5 kali/detik) memungkinkan L91 untuk mengontrol proses cepat seperti tekanan dan aliran.
Komunikasi digital RS-485 tersedia sebagai opsi tambahan. Opsi ini memungkinkan L41 untuk diintegrasikan dengan sistem kontrol pengawasan. Output alarm adalah pilihan lain. Berbagai fungsi alarm dan mode alarm dapat diprogram untuk aplikasi tertentu. Opsi keluaran catu daya DC digunakan untuk sensor atau pemancar eksternal. Opsi input peristiwa dapat diprogram untuk reset jarak jauh atau input sinyal kunci jarak jauh. Opsi pemberi sinyal batas dapat digunakan untuk mengontrol bel alarm.
Tiga jenis metode dapat digunakan untuk memprogram L41.
- Gunakan tombol di panel depan untuk memprogram unit secara manual,
- Gunakan PC dan perangkat lunak pengaturan untuk memprogram unit melalui port RS-485 dan
- Gunakan komputer dan perangkat lunak konfigurasi untuk memprogram unit melalui port pemrograman.
