Daiwa Dengyo SPT-22 Safety Plug is designed to meet the complex needs of modern industrial automation, distinguishing itself from single-circuit models by offering true two-circuit functionality. This capability is facilitated by its specific wiring configuration, allowing engineers to manage two separate electrical lines simultaneously, which is often a requirement for safety redundancy or complex control logic.
Technically, the SPT-22 is highly versatile. While it is robust enough to manage substantial power loads of 250V at 15A, it is also sensitive enough to reliably conduct minimum loads of 24V at 5mA. This dual capability ensures that the plug can be used effectively in both high-power drive circuits and low-voltage signal transmission systems (such as PLCs) without contact failure.
