Asiantool H43016 NM Through Bore Multi Conductor (16.2 mm)

A 4-pole non-mercury through-bore slip ring with a 16.2 mm center hole. It utilizes liquid metal technology for 30A per pole power transmission, providing a stable and silent electrical link for rotating machinery.

Description

The H43016 NM is engineered for applications requiring the transmission of power or signals through a rotating shaft. The 16.2 mm through-bore allows the unit to be mounted directly onto a drive shaft or used as a conduit for pneumatic or hydraulic lines.

Unlike traditional slip rings that use carbon brushes—which create dust, wear out, and generate electrical interference—the H43016 NM uses liquid metal to maintain a constant “wet” contact. This results in an exceptionally low contact resistance (< 1 mΩ), making it ideal for sensitive sensor data, video signals, and high-frequency transmissions that require a clean, noise-free environment.
