Description

The H23016 NM is the 2-conductor variant of the 16.2 mm bore family. It is designed for applications that only require two electrical paths—typically for DC power, single-phase AC, or a shielded signal pair. The 16.2 mm through-bore allows the unit to be mounted directly onto a drive shaft or used as a conduit for other lines (air, water, or fiber).

Because it uses liquid metal instead of traditional carbon brushes, there is no mechanical wear, no debris, and no electrical interference caused by sliding friction. This ensures a constant contact resistance of < 1 mΩ, making it exceptionally reliable for transmitting high current or sensitive low-voltage signals in precise industrial environments.
