Description

The A6HV is built to handle the rigorous demands of industrial automation. By replacing mechanical brushes with liquid metal, it achieves a near-zero contact resistance (< 1 mΩ), which effectively eliminates electrical “noise” and signal jitter.

The “HV” designation highlights its High Voltage architecture, featuring reinforced internal insulation barriers to prevent arcing between the six independent channels, even when operating at peak industrial voltages.

Asiantool’s slip rings (rotating electrical connectors) utilize special insulation, sealing, and conductive technologies. In the first three to four years of our company’s establishment, we worked in the direction of developing multi conductor models for A8H, A6H, A4H and other relevant models.
