Description

The A3S NM is specifically designed for industrial systems where maintaining a clean electrical signal is critical. Unlike traditional slip rings that use carbon brushes—which generate electrical “noise” through friction and debris—the A3S NM uses liquid metal to maintain a constant, “wet” contact.

This results in an exceptionally low and stable contact resistance (< 1 mΩ), making it the ideal choice for transmitting sensitive sensor data, thermocouples, or PLC signals alongside power lines without interference. Because it contains no mercury, it is fully RoHS compliant and safe for use in food processing and medical environments.

Asiantool’s slip rings (rotating electrical connectors) utilize special insulation, sealing, and conductive technologies. In the first three to four years of our company’s establishment, we worked in the direction of developing multi conductor models for A8H, A6H, A4H and other relevant models. At the same time, our company’s research and development team has also developed a single conductor model for theelectrical plating of 250A-A1H25S. Now, we have upgraded the product quality and introduced multi conductor models for up to 14 poles of A1430 and single heavy current conductor models up to 7500 A. for mass production.
