Hengstler ICURO RI58 Incremental Encoder sangat fleksibel, ada sejumlah versi berbeda yang menawarkan berbagai flensa dan koneksi. Mulai dari tipe standar hemat biaya hingga produk tugas berat yang sangat tangguh, HENGSTLER dapat menyediakan rotary encoder inkremental yang tepat untuk setiap aplikasi. Dengan encoder putar inkremental optik, cakram berkode baris yang terbuat dari logam, plastik, atau kaca dan dipasang pada bantalan putar menyela seberkas cahaya dari dioda pemancar cahaya.

Jumlah garis menentukan resolusi, yaitu jumlah titik terukur dalam satu putaran. Gangguan berkas cahaya dirasakan oleh elemen reseptor dan diproses secara elektronik. Informasi tersebut kemudian tersedia sebagai sinyal persegi panjang pada output encoder. HENGSTLER dapat menyediakan enkoder putar hingga 10.000 pulsa per putaran. Encoder ini cocok untuk beban kejut tinggi dan memiliki akurasi sinyal tinggi dan hingga 40.000 langkah dengan 10.000 tanda dan sangat sesuai untuk digunakan pada peralatan mesin, kapak CNC, mesin pengemas, motor/penggerak, mesin cetak injeksi, dan mesin gergaji.
