Fox FT2A Thermal Mass Gas Flow Meter

Fox FT2A Thermal Mass Gas Flow Meter mengukur laju aliran gas dalam satuan standar tanpa memerlukan kompensasi suhu atau tekanan. Ini menyediakan output 4-20mA dan pulsa terisolasi untuk laju aliran, dan output 4-20mA untuk suhu gas proses. Output pulsa biasanya digunakan untuk totalisasi. Dengan karakter 2 baris x 16 on-board, tampilan lampu latar, operator dapat melihat laju aliran, total, waktu berlalu, suhu gas proses, dan alarm.

Layar juga digunakan bersama dengan Panel Konfigurasi untuk mengonfigurasi pengaturan flow meter, penskalaan frekuensi output pulsa, area pipa, cutoff aliran nol, penyaringan aliran (redaman), konfigurasi tampilan, diagnostik, dan batas alarm tinggi atau rendah.

Pengukur aliran massa Model Fox FT2A tersedia dalam model penyisipan dan inline. Meter penyisipan mudah dipasang dengan mengebor lubang ¾” di pipa dan mengelas pada kopling NPT ¾”. Pemasangan kompresi yang disediakan Fox mengamankan probe pada tempatnya. Model inline tersedia dalam ukuran ¼ inci hingga 6 inci dan mencakup pengkondisi aliran bawaan yang meniadakan kebutuhan akan pipa lurus yang panjang.

Pengukur Aliran Massa Fox FT2A dapat dipesan dengan koneksi ujung flensa atau NPT. Kedua model dilengkapi dengan bahan standar baja tahan karat 316 yang dibasahi atau Hastelloy C-276 sebagai opsi (badan aliran sebaris juga tersedia dalam baja karbon). Port USB untuk terhubung ke komputer atau laptop adalah standar; opsi antarmuka termasuk Modbus RTU RS485), BACnet MS/TP (RS485), Profibus-DP, DeviceNet atau Ethernet Modbus TCP.
