Kofloc Differential Pressure free Nitrogen Gas Generator Boostar Series

In standard nitrogen generators, you typically lose 0.1 to 0.2 MPa of pressure during the adsorption process

Description

In standard nitrogen generators, you typically lose 0.1 to 0.2 MPa of pressure during the adsorption process. If your process requires 0.7 MPa of nitrogen, you are often forced to crank your air compressor up to 0.9 MPa or install a mechanical booster pump. The Kofloc Boostar Series changes the math. By re-engineering the internal flow dynamics and adsorption cycle, the Boostar series provides Direct Pressure Delivery. If you feed the unit 0.7 MPa of air, you get approximately 0.7 MPa of nitrogen back. This “Boostar” effect significantly reduces the load on your primary air compressor, leading to lower electricity bills, reduced wear and tear, and a smaller overall carbon footprint. It is the perfect marriage of Kofloc’s precision gas handling and modern energy-saving demands.
