Description

The CS Instruments LD 500/510 – Leak Detector with Camera sets a new standard in industrial leak detection. It addresses the challenge of identifying energy loss by detecting leaks as small as 0.1 l/min, which corresponds to approximately 1 € per annum. The device is equipped with an Auto Level function that automatically adapts the sensitivity to the environment, reliably eliminating ambient noise to ensure accurate detection in busy industrial settings.

For comprehensive analysis, the LD 510 model serves as the worldwide first leak meter with an additional freely assignable sensor input for all CS sensors. This unique feature allows operators to carry out necessary measurements regarding dew point, flow, pressure, and temperature in addition to leakage measurement and detection.

Data management is streamlined via USB connectivity. Users can transmit leak details to desktop software to create ISO 50001 reports, describe the leak, and define necessary actions for repair.
