Asiantool’s slip rings (rotating electrical connectors) utilize special insulation, sealing, and conductive technologies. In the first three to four years of our company’s establishment, we worked in the direction of developing multi conductor models for A8H, A6H, A4H and other relevant models. At the same time, our company’s research and development team has also developed a single conductor model for theelectrical plating of 250A-A1H25S. Now, we have upgraded the product quality and introduced multi conductor models for up to 14 poles of A1430 and single heavy current conductor models up to 7500 A. for mass production.

  • High-Current Capacity: Features a large 25 AWG (or equivalent metric) finely stranded tinned copper conductor, optimized for efficient power transmission with minimal voltage drop in high-amperage applications.

  • Premium Insulation & Sheath: Utilizes high-grade, cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) or similar thermoset insulation, offering excellent thermal stability, high dielectric strength, and resistance to cracking under electrical and thermal stress.

  • Shielding for EMI Mitigation: Equipped with a copper braid or tape shield combined with a tinned copper drain wire, effectively containing electromagnetic interference (EMI) generated by the cable itself, which is critical for VFD motor leads.

  • Oil & Chemical Resistance: The outer jacket is formulated from durable, resistant materials like CPE or high-quality PVC, providing protection against oils, coolants, sunlight (UV), and harsh environmental conditions.

  • Flexible Stranding: Despite its large gauge, the conductor is finely stranded to maintain good flexibility, facilitating easier pulling and routing in control cabinets and industrial installations.
