Tokyo Ryuki Kogyo Flo-I Series

It consists of a tapered tube and a float, and measures the instantaneous flow rate of various liquids and gases by seeing through the float position in the vertically mounted tapered tube and reading the flow rate directly on the scale on the tapered tube.

Regarding installation :

  1. Select a place with less vibration for installation. In addition, provide a space required for replacement and cleaning of floats and other parts at the installation location.
  2. Install so that the central axis of the tapered pipe is vertical. If the central axis of the tapered pipe is tilted with respect to the vertical line, the accuracy and sensitivity will decrease, so pay attention to the verticality of the rising pipe and the levelness of the mounting surface.
  3. Provide a bypass pipe so that the operation will not be hindered even if the flow meter is removed for repair or maintenance.
  4. Fix the piping so that the stress generated in the piping system is not transmitted to the flow meter.
  5. As the movement of the float may become unstable, avoid sudden expansion or squeezing immediately before the inflow part or immediately after the outflow part.
  6. Open and close the valve gently to avoid a sudden impact on the flow meter. (FLO-PL-I-18 type / FLO-L68 type)
