Advanced Hybrid Technology This battery utilizes a unique hybrid construction. It features a bobbin-type Li-SOCl2 cell, known for its incredible energy density and low self-discharge, connected in parallel with a pulse capacitor. The capacitor stores energy to deliver immediate high-power pulses for data transmission (via networks like LoRaWAN, Sigfox, or cellular), while the primary cell keeps the capacitor charged and powers the device’s low-current sleep mode.
Built for Durability and Safety The LSP 33600-3F is encased in a hermetically sealed stainless steel container, providing exceptional resistance to corrosion and environmental factors. Its non-flammable electrolyte and integrated safety vent ensure safe operation even under stress. With a wide operating temperature range and a self-discharge rate of less than 1% per year, this battery is a “install and forget” solution for critical infrastructure.
