Floated oil in the machining tank and washing tank is recovered by the specially-developed belt. The oil skimmer contributes to machining accuracy improvement, machining fluid corruption and deterioration prevention, and washing accuracy improvement.
Model TB-75 (for washers) has a special belt suitable for quick and efficient recovery of dirty washing fluid and floated oil.
This option is to separate recovered floated oil from recovered washing fluid (or coolant), and recovery them using difference in specific gravity.
Fill the tank half-full with the washing fluid (or coolant) before use.
- Recovered oil and fluid came out from the recovery slot of the oil skimmer go into the tank .
- At this time, oil is separated from fluid by difference in specific gravity and, is ejected from the elbow for oil recovery.
- Separated fluid passes under the partition plate, and goes into the tank.
- Fluid is returned to the tank in the oil skimmer through the socket and pipe section on the tank.
