High-Pressure Piston Sensor Unlike diaphragm switches which may be limited in pressure capability, the 200P utilizes a piston sensor. This design allows the unit to withstand and monitor hydraulic applications with system pressures reaching up to 10000 psig. This makes it ideal for hydraulic power units, presses, and heavy actuation systems where pressure spikes are common.
Stability via Nega-Rate® Technology The reliability of the 200P is driven by the Nega-Rate® Belleville disc spring. This snap-action mechanism eliminates the “drift” often associated with standard pressure switches. It ensures that the switch actuates precisely at the defined set point and resists the mechanical vibration inherent in large hydraulic pumps and motors.
