Neodyn 132T NEMA 4X, 7, 9 & 13 Temperature Switches

Neodyn 132T NEMA 4X, 7, 9 and 13 Temperature Switches are compact, adjustable instruments designed specifically for hazardous hydraulic applications. Engineered for direct mounting, these switches feature an all-stainless steel exterior and interior construction, ensuring exceptional durability in the presence of corrosive media or harsh environmental conditions.

Description

Neodyn 132T NEMA 4X, 7, 9 and 13 Temperature Switches offer a premium solution for direct-process temperature control. They are specifically built to withstand high system pressures and aggressive environments found in the oil, gas, and petrochemical industries.

Nega-Rate® Stability Reliability in hydraulic systems is critical. The 132T utilizes the proprietary Nega-Rate® Belleville disc spring. This snap-action mechanism eliminates the “drift” associated with traditional sensors and ensures the switch remains stable even when subjected to the high vibration typical of hydraulic pumps and compressors.

Robust Stainless Steel Construction To combat corrosion, the 132T features complete stainless steel construction, both inside and out. This makes it perfectly suited for applications involving corrosive fluids or exposure to salt spray in offshore environments. Furthermore, the unit is designed to handle significant hydraulic stresses, with a maximum system pressure rating of 1500 psig and a proof pressure of 2250 psig.

Hazardous Location Safety Safety is non-negotiable. The electrical assembly is hermetically sealed and explosion-proof, meeting the stringent requirements for NEMA 4X, 7, 9, and 13 locations. This ensures the switch can operate safely in the presence of explosive gases and combustible dusts without posing an ignition risk.
