Neodyn 130P NEMA 4 and 13 Pressure Switch – Tamper Resistant

Compact, versatile pressure switch for low to mid-range pressure applications. Features efficient Nega-Rate® Belleville disc spring for stable set points, vibration resistance and field adjustability through the pressure port. Once adjustments are made and switch is installed, it becomes tamper proof.

Description

Neodyn 130P NEMA 4 and 13 Pressure Switch offers a reliable solution for industrial pressure monitoring, combining rugged protection with precision control. Its compact footprint allows for easy integration into tight spaces without compromising on durability or functionality.

Nega-Rate® Technology Reliability is the cornerstone of the 130P design. It utilizes the proprietary Nega-Rate® Belleville disc spring, a snap-action mechanism that eliminates the drift often associated with standard sensing elements. This ensures that the switch maintains its set point accuracy over time, even in environments subject to mechanical shock and vibration.

Tamper-Resistant Security Process integrity is maintained through a smart installation design. While the 130P provides the flexibility of field adjustability through the pressure port, the adjustment mechanism becomes inaccessible once the unit is plumbed into the system. This tamper-resistant feature ensures that critical pressure settings remain fixed, protecting equipment from operator error or unauthorized tampering.

Versatile Deadband Control For advanced process control, the 130P offers a selectable deadband. Users can configure the differential anywhere from 20 psig (1.38 bar) or 8% (whichever is greater) up to 45% of the set point. This flexibility allows engineers to fine-tune the switching logic to match specific system requirements, reducing rapid cycling and extending equipment life.
