Neodyn 110P Series is designed to address the challenges of monitoring low-pressure pneumatic and hydraulic systems. Unlike standard switches that may struggle with sensitivity at the lower end of the range, the Neodyn 110P NEMA 4 and 13 Pressure Switch utilizes a Nega-Rate® Belleville spring mechanism. This design separates the sensing element from the electrical switching element, resulting in a positive snap-action response that is resistant to vibration and eliminates set point drift.
Robust NEMA 4 and 13 Construction
Industrial environments often expose instrumentation to moisture, dust, and oil. The 110P is housed in an enclosure rated for NEMA 4 (Watertight/Dust-tight) and NEMA 13 (Oil/Coolant Tight), ensuring reliable operation even when subjected to washdowns or oily atmospheres. Furthermore, the unit features a concealed wrench flat adjustment with a range scale. This internal adjustment design protects the set point from accidental tampering or environmental factors, making it an ideal choice for critical process control.
