When paired with the Nega-Rate® Belleville spring, this ensures a snap-action response that eliminates contact chatter and provides a stable set point, even under vibration.

Flexible Remote Installation To solve difficult installation scenarios, the 100TC is equipped with a 6-foot stainless steel capillary featuring an armor jacket for protection. The assembly includes 10 inches of minimum bendable tubing and an adjustable gland nut, allowing engineers to route the sensor into tight spaces or high-heat zones without exposing the switch electronics to thermal stress.

Robust Construction Designed for industrial longevity, the switch withstands maximum system pressures of up to 1500 psig and proof pressures of 2250 psig.
