Description
In industrial settings, managing fluid distribution to numerous distinct points often results in a maze of pipes and valves. The Maeda Koki FITV type Flow Indicator solves this by integrating distribution, visual monitoring, and flow regulation into one compact unit. It is specifically designed to split fluid from a main line into multiple branch pipes, accommodating system requirements ranging from 2 to 14 branches.
Visual Flow Confirmation The unit features a highly legible indication system using a tapered transparent pipe. Inside, a ball float moves in relation to the fluid velocity. By observing the position of this ball against the marked red indication line, operators can instantly confirm whether the fluid is flowing and estimate the relative quantity.
Integrated Flow Adjustment What sets the FITV type apart is its built-in flow quantity adjustment valve for each individual branch. This design allows for real-time calibration. Operators can manually adjust the valve to throttle or increase flow while simultaneously watching the ball’s position in the transparent pipe. This ensures that the flow to every connected device or zone is balanced perfectly according to your operational designations.
