The Kofloc Model RK1200 Flowmeter is a grade-high precision float-type flowmeter combined with an integrated needle valve. Description

The RK1200 Series stands apart due to its non-rotating precision needle valve structure. In typical flowmeters, the needle rotates as it moves into the seat, which can cause mechanical wear and “drift” in the flow setting. The RK1200’s needle moves purely in a linear fashion, preserving the integrity of the valve seat and allowing for surgical-grade flow adjustments.

This model features a precision-tapered Pyrex glass tube and is housed in a robust block (available in SUS316 or Brass). Its “closed-loop” manual control allows users to set a flow rate and trust that it will remain stable. It is highly versatile, offering options for the valve to be located at either the top (ideal for vacuum applications) or the bottom (standard pressure) of the meter.
