Description

The Kofloc Model EX-250S is designed for applications that require the sophistication of digital control but at higher throughput volumes than standard miniature controllers. Its primary advantage is the MG/MR capability, which allows the unit to be recalibrated for various technical gases (such as $N_2, Air, H_2, He, Ar, O_2, CO_2,$ and $CH_4$ ) without returning the unit to the factory. Users can also adjust the full-scale range within 30% to 100% of the device’s original capacity, making it a “universal” spare for multiple lines.

A Mass Flow Controller (MFC) is a device used to precisely regulate and control gas mass flow in various industrial and laboratory processes. Unlike conventional flow meters, which only measure velocity or volume, an MFC can both measure and regulate gas flow based on mass, resulting in much more accurate results—especially in applications that require tight and consistent control, such as the semiconductor, pharmaceutical, chemical, and gas analysis industries.
