In traditional valves, the sliding motion of the stem against a seal can eventually lead to wear, creating potential leak paths or shedding particles into the flow stream. The 2450 Series solves this by using a high-durability stainless steel bellows that completely isolates the valve’s moving parts from the fluid path.
