Description

The 8AM-FRV-2B utilizes a standard 4-vane configuration, which is the most common setup for efficient power delivery and high-speed stability. Because it is powered entirely by compressed air, it is inherently ATEX and CE certified for use in explosive atmospheres (Group II, Cat 2).

As air expands through the motor, it naturally cools the cast-iron housing, allowing the unit to operate in ambient temperatures up to 121°C (250°F)—conditions that would cause an electric motor to burn out. This model features a 7/8″ (22.2 mm) keyed shaft and standard NPT ports.
