Description

The 8AM-ARV-70 is the 4-vane metric-spec variant of the 8AM family. The “X3” logic (standard in Gast nomenclature) applies here as a straight-beam, direct-drive configuration. The 4-vane design is the standard choice for most applications, offering high speeds and efficient power delivery.

Because it operates entirely on compressed air, it is inherently ATEX and CE certified for use in explosive atmospheres (Group II, Cat 2). The expansion of air within the motor provides a natural cooling effect, allowing the unit to operate in ambient temperatures up to 121°C (250°F).
