Description

The 6AM-FRV-23A is the “smooth-running” specialist of the 6AM foot-mount family. By doubling the number of vanes from four to eight, the motor minimizes the “pulsing” effect common in pneumatic motors. This results in more consistent power delivery and higher starting torque, which is critical when the motor must begin rotating under a heavy load or at low RPM.

Because it is powered by compressed air, it is inherently Explosion Proof. The expansion of air through the motor naturally cools the cast-iron housing, allowing it to operate in ambient temperatures up to 121°C (250°F) where electric motor insulation would fail.
