Description

The 2AM-FCC-1 is engineered for simplicity and efficiency. By utilizing a single-direction (Non-reversible) internal porting design, it often achieves more consistent performance and simplified plumbing compared to reversible models. Because it is powered entirely by compressed air, it is inherently ATEX and CE certified for use in explosive atmospheres (Group II, Cat 2), as it cannot produce an electrical spark.

A major technical advantage of this motor is its thermal resilience. As compressed air expands through the motor to create motion, it naturally absorbs heat. This allows the 2AM-FCC-1 to operate in ambient temperatures as high as 121°C (250°F), far exceeding the limits of standard electric motor insulation.
