Gast 1AM-NCW-14 Air Motor

Description

The 1AM-NCW-14 is built for high-RPM applications, capable of reaching speeds up to 10,000 RPM. By utilizing a single-direction (Non-reversible) internal porting design, it achieves better air consumption efficiency and simplified plumbing compared to reversible models. Because it is powered entirely by compressed air, it is inherently ATEX and CE certified for hazardous locations (Group II, Cat 2), as it cannot produce an electrical spark.

A major technical advantage of the 1AM series is its thermal resilience. As compressed air expands through the motor to create motion, it naturally absorbs heat, keeping the cast-iron housing cool to the touch even in ambient temperatures up to 121°C (250°F).
