The Fluidwell N413 DIN Panel mount Batch Controller is specifically developed to manage complex batching tasks with high accuracy. One of its standout functional advantages is the dual-stage control for batching, which allows for a “slow start” and “slow end” to prevent water hammer or overfilling. This results in an IP66 and IP67 (NEMA Type 4X) rated front panel that can withstand total immersion and high-pressure cleaning. Configuration is made simple through Fluidwell’s “Know one, know them all” setup menu. Using the alphanumeric display, technicians can easily set parameters such as overrun correction, which automatically compensates for valve closing delays to ensure every batch is perfect. The tactile keyboard provides a positive click response, allowing operators to work even while wearing industrial gloves.
