The Fluidwell F126-EL Safe area Flow Computer is a specialized device engineered to calculate corrected liquid volume at normal conditions. By simultaneously measuring uncorrected volumetric flow and actual line temperature, this unit processes the data using a stored thermal expansion coefficient algorithm to deliver precise net flow readings.

Precision Liquid Volume Correction The core functionality of the F126-EL flow computer is its ability to determine the nett flow at base conditions, eliminating the inaccuracies caused by thermal product expansion. The device takes inputs from a flowmeter and a temperature sensor to calculate the compensated flow rate, total, and accumulated total based on the temperature/expansion relationship.

User-Friendly Interface and Operation Operators benefit from a clear display that shows compensated flow rate, total, accumulated total, and the actual line temperature. The interface allows for easy configuration of on-screen engineering units, such as Nm³. Following Fluidwell’s “Know one, know them all” configuration structure, the device ensures familiar and easy operation, significantly saving time, cost, and aggravation during setup.

Rugged Industrial Design Built for the toughest environments, the F126-EL is housed in a robust field enclosure available in aluminum, GRP, or high-grade stainless steel 316L. The enclosure is rated IP65, IP67, and NEMA Type4X and is incredibly durable—so rugged that a truck can even stand on it. This durability makes it an excellent choice for outdoor installations involving rain, snow, or sandy deserts.
