The Fluidwell F014 Safe Area Flow Rate Totalizer addresses the technical requirements of industrial mixing by processing signals from two separate flowmeters. It calculates and displays the current ratio between Flow A and Flow B, allowing operators to monitor the consistency of a mixture or the rate of a secondary injection. This functionality is essential for maintaining product quality and chemical balance in continuous flow systems.

Following the standardized Fluidwell “Know one, know them all” configuration menu, the F014 allows for rapid setup without the need for extensive technical training. To guarantee data integrity during power failures or battery replacements, the unit features an automatic backup function. All configuration settings and running totals are saved in non-volatile EEPROM memory, ensuring that critical process information is never lost.
