The Fatek-FBs-8X Expansion Modules provide a straightforward, cost-effective solution to this challenge by expanding the input capabilities of your existing system.

Seamless Scalability The FBs-8X is designed to “snap on” to the right side of any FBs Series Main Unit. This modular approach allows for flexible system architecture; you only pay for the I/O points you need. Once connected, the PLC automatically recognizes the new inputs, streamlining the programming and configuration process.

Robust Signal Processing Reliability is paramount in industrial control. The FBs-8X features high-quality 24VDC digital inputs capable of handling both Sink and Source logic (configurable via wiring). Each input channel is optically isolated, ensuring that the internal logic circuitry is protected from external electrical noise, voltage spikes, and electromagnetic interference common in factory environments.

User-Friendly Maintenance To facilitate easy commissioning and troubleshooting, the module is equipped with individual LED status indicators for each of the 8 input points. This allows maintenance personnel to visually verify signal status instantly, reducing downtime during system checks.
