Unlike basic controllers, this “High-Performance” model integrates high-speed counters, timers, and interrupt functions directly into the hardware.

Advanced SoC Architecture At the heart of the FBs-40MCR2-AC is a proprietary SoC chip that consolidates the CPU, hardware logic solver, and communication ports into a single unit. This design significantly reduces the component count on the circuit board, thereby minimizing potential failure points and enhancing the overall system durability against vibration and electrical noise.

Flexible Output Control Equipped with 16 Relay Outputs, this model is capable of driving external loads up to 2A directly. This eliminates the need for interposing relays for standard AC/DC loads such as solenoid valves, magnetic contactors, and signaling devices. The Relay output type provides excellent electrical isolation and is suitable for a wide range of voltages.

Seamless Connectivity The unit comes standard with a Port 0 (RS-232) for programming or HMI communication.
