Description
In the competitive landscape of industrial automation, the Fatek-B1Z-32M Main Unit stands out by condensing advanced control capabilities into a streamlined hardware design. Fatek has successfully integrated the CPU, hardware logic solver (HLS), high-speed counters, and communication interfaces into a single tiny BGA chip. This SoC architecture significantly reduces the number of internal components, thereby increasing overall system reliability and durability compared to traditional multi-board PLCs.
The B1z series is specifically engineered as an economical counterpart to the B1 series. While it maintains the powerful instruction set of the FBs series, the B1z removes left-side expansion capability to optimize cost and size for dedicated applications. However, it remains highly capable, offering 20 channels of 24VDC digital input (including high-speed 50KHz counters) and 12 channels of output (Relay or Transistor). This makes it perfectly suited for high-speed pulse output applications such as servo motor control (in transistor models) and general sequence control.
