Unlike the modular B1 series, the B1z-24M is a fixed-configuration unit where “both sides are not expandable,” allowing for significant hardware cost reductions while maintaining the powerful instruction set of the FBs series.

This main unit is equipped with 14 digital inputs (24VDC) and 10 digital outputs (available in Relay or Transistor models). It excels in motion control applications, offering 8 points of high-speed input (50KHz) and, in transistor models, 4 points of high-speed pulse output (50KHz). Furthermore, connectivity is standard, not an option; the unit comes pre-equipped with both RS232 (Port 1) and RS485 (Port 2), enabling seamless integration with HMIs and SCADA systems directly out of the box.
