The Fatek B1-L2A2D Analog I/O Expansion Module bridges the gap between digital logic and the continuous variables of the physical world. It allows your Fatek B1 PLC to interface directly with devices like pressure transmitters, flow meters, and variable frequency drives (VFDs).
This module features a highly flexible design where signal types (Voltage or Current) can be selected via field wiring, accommodating ranges of 0~10V or 0~20mA. The 12-bit resolution (coded in 14 bits) ensures that even minute changes in the process variable are detected and acted upon, with conversion values updated during every scan cycle for real-time responsiveness. For added safety, the module automatically forces output signals to zero if not serviced by the CPU for 0.5 seconds, preventing runaway conditions in critical processes.
