Fatek – B1-10M – Main Unit is the most compact entry in the standard B1 series, designed for space-constrained applications that still require the flexibility of a modular system. With 10 integrated I/O points (6 Inputs / 4 Outputs), it provides a cost-effective solution for small-scale automation without sacrificing performance or expandability.

Unlike the simplified B1z series, this main unit retains full expansion capabilities. It allows engineers to attach digital I/O modules to the right side and communication or analog modules to the left side, ensuring the system can adapt to changing project requirements despite its small footprint.

Description

Precision and reliability in a micro-PLC package define the Fatek – B1-10M – Main Unit. Built upon Fatek’s streamlined System on Chip (SoC) architecture, this controller integrates the CPU, Hardware Logic Solver (HLS), and communication peripherals into a single reliable chip. This design minimizes internal components, resulting in exceptional durability and resistance to electromagnetic noise in harsh industrial environments.

The unit features 6 digital inputs (24VDC), which include 4 points of 50KHz high-speed input for fast counting or encoder feedback. It also provides 4 digital outputs available in Relay or Transistor configurations. The transistor models are particularly powerful for their size, offering 2 points of 50KHz high-speed pulse output for direct servo or stepper motor control. With a standard RS232 port included and options to add Ethernet or RS485 via expansion, the B1-10M is a versatile powerhouse for compact machine control.
