EGE Elektronik Sensor Air Flow Sensors Productseries LN 450

The EGE Elektronik LN 450 series is the authoritative choice for straightforward, reliable airflow detection.

Description

The EGE Elektronik LN 450 series is the authoritative choice for straightforward, reliable airflow detection. While similar to the larger LNZ series, the LN 450 focuses on a compact form factor that is ideal for integration into small ducts, electronic cabinets, and specialized machine housings. Operating on the calorimetric (thermal) principle, the sensor measures the heat dissipation caused by the moving air stream across its sensor tip. This solid-state approach means there are no moving parts to wear out, jam with dust, or break under vibration. It is significantly more robust than mechanical flow switches and more sensitive than traditional pressure-differential monitors, particularly at low air velocities.
