Description
Daiwa Dengyo SPT-11-H Safety Plug addresses specific industrial challenges related to connection accuracy and cable management. Its primary design innovation is the inclusion of a guide rib located on the plug and socket. This physical feature acts as a key, allowing operators to instantly identify the correct mating position, which reduces wear on contacts and prevents forced misalignment during operation.
In terms of installation flexibility, the SPT-11-H departs from the standard grommet design. Instead of grommets with membranes on the terminal box part, this model is equipped with G1/2 lock nuts. This modification is significant as it allows for the direct attachment of connectors, facilitating more robust and protected cabling solutions often required in harsh industrial environments.
Mechanically, the handle-hand attachment uses a rivet method, ensuring a permanent and secure bond between the handle and the plug body. The electrical performance remains consistent with the high standards of the series, supporting a rating of 250V and 15A, with the ability to reliably handle minimum loads of 24V, 5mA for control signals.
