CS Instruments VX 570 Vortex Flow Sensor for Steam, Gases & Liquids

The VX 570 is the ultimate high-precision all-rounder for industrial flow measurement, designed to help facilities record consumption and significantly increase sustainability. Capable of monitoring a wide range of media with a single sensor, this device is engineered to handle unknown gas compositions, mixed gases, aggressive liquids, and steam with exceptional reliability.

Description

The CS Instruments VX 570 Vortex Flow Sensor sets a new standard for versatility and durability in flow monitoring. Unlike standard sensors that are limited to specific media types, the VX 570 utilizes an innovative measuring principle that guarantees precise flow measurement across different media, including those with fast-changing temperatures and pressures. This makes it an ideal solution for complex industrial processes where large mass flows need to be tracked accurately.

Engineered for rough industrial applications, the unit features a robust aluminum housing and is constructed so that all parts in contact with the media are made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel. A key advantage of the VX 570 is its all-in-one capability; it integrates pressure and temperature measurement directly into the device. This allows for the calculation of standardized volume flow without the need for external sensors or computers. Furthermore, the device is designed to be insensitive to vibrations through reference vibration measurement, ensuring data integrity even in heavy machinery environments.

CS Instruments

CS Instruments GmbH & Co. KG with locations in 24955 Harrislee and 78052 Villingen-Schwenningen/ Tannheim, is managed by Dipl. Eng. (FH) Wolfgang Blessing as sole Managing Director.

CS Instruments GmbH was established in the year 2002 by Christian Schuldt and Wolfgang Blessing as equal shareholders/Managing Directors.

Wolfgang Blessing already was sound a specialist on the sector of compressed air technology resp. industrial measurement technology long before the establishment of CS Instruments GmbH in the year 2002. Prior to the foundation of CS Instruments GmbH Dipl. Ing. (FH) Wolfgang Blessing acted for more than 10 years as primarily responsible product manager for industrial measurement technology at a worldwide known manufacturer of measuring instruments for compressed air and gases in the Black Forest. The technical knowledge and experience matched with the long-term practical knowledge was the corner stone for the success of CS Instruments.
