CS Instruments DP 400 Mobile Dew Point Measurement with Pressure Sensor

Maximize the efficiency of your field operations with the CS Instruments DP 400 Mobile Dew Point Measurement with Pressure Sensor. This portable device is engineered specifically for field use, combining a highly precise dew point sensor with a robust pressure sensor in a single unit. With its integrated, rechargeable battery, it offers the flexibility required for on-site inspections and measuring all humidity parameters under pressure.

Description

The CS Instruments DP 400 Mobile Dew Point Measurement with Pressure Sensor sets a new standard for portable diagnostic tools. Unlike stationary units, this device has been developed especially for field use, allowing technicians to carry out spot checks and detailed analysis anywhere in the facility. Ideally suited for compressed air systems, it is capable of measuring all humidity parameters under pressure up to 16 bar.

Multi-Parameter Precision

What makes the DP 400 unique is its integrated sensor technology. Besides a highly precise dew point sensor, the device also contains a precise pressure sensor. This dual capability allows for the simultaneous measurement of dew point in °Ctd, temperature in °C, and line pressure in bar. Furthermore, the internal processor can calculate further moisture parameters such as % RH, mg/m3, and g/m3, as well as pressure-dependent measuring values like g/kg, ppm v/v, and atmospheric dew point.

CS Instruments

CS Instruments GmbH & Co. KG with locations in 24955 Harrislee and 78052 Villingen-Schwenningen/ Tannheim, is managed by Dipl. Eng. (FH) Wolfgang Blessing as sole Managing Director.

CS Instruments GmbH was established in the year 2002 by Christian Schuldt and Wolfgang Blessing as equal shareholders/Managing Directors.

Wolfgang Blessing already was sound a specialist on the sector of compressed air technology resp. industrial measurement technology long before the establishment of CS Instruments GmbH in the year 2002. Prior to the foundation of CS Instruments GmbH Dipl. Ing. (FH) Wolfgang Blessing acted for more than 10 years as primarily responsible product manager for industrial measurement technology at a worldwide known manufacturer of measuring instruments for compressed air and gases in the Black Forest. The technical knowledge and experience matched with the long-term practical knowledge was the corner stone for the success of CS Instruments.
