Description
The H83016 NM is engineered for seamless integration onto rotating shafts. The 16.2 mm through-bore allows the sensor to be slipped over a drive shaft or used to pass pneumatic, hydraulic, or fiber-optic lines through the center.
Unlike conventional carbon brush slip rings that create dust and electrical interference, the H83016 NM uses a liquid metal contact. This results in an exceptionally low contact resistance (< 1 mΩ), allowing it to transmit sensitive signals like thermocouples, video, and high-frequency data without the “noise” typically generated by mechanical friction. Its robust aluminum alloy or stainless steel housing is built for longevity in demanding factory
