Asiantool H83010 Through Bore Multi Conductor (10.2mm)

An 8-conductor (8-pole) liquid metal rotating connector with a 10.2mm through-bore. It utilizes Non-Mercury (NM) Gallium alloy technology to provide a maintenance-free, electrically “silent” connection for rotating machinery.

Description

The H83010 is engineered for applications requiring multiple signal or power channels in a compact, shaft-mounted form factor. Traditional slip rings use carbon brushes that create friction and electrical noise; the H83010 replaces these with a pool of liquid metal, ensuring 100% surface contact.

This results in an ultra-low contact resistance of < 1 mΩ, making it ideal for transmitting sensitive data, high-frequency signals, or stable power without the voltage drops or interference associated with mechanical wear.
