Asiantool H43016 Through Bore Multi Conductor (16.2mm)

A 4-conductor liquid metal rotating connector with a 16.2mm through-bore. It utilizes Non-Mercury (NM) Gallium alloy technology to provide a maintenance-free, electrically “silent” connection for rotating machinery.

Description

The H43016 is the 4-pole version of Asiantool’s medium-bore lineup. Unlike traditional slip rings that use sliding carbon brushes—which generate friction, heat, and electrical “noise”—the H43016 uses a pool of liquid metal to ensure 100% surface contact at all times.

This results in an exceptionally low and stable contact resistance (< 1 mΩ), making it ideal for transmitting sensitive sensor data, high-speed communication, or stable power without the signal jitter or voltage drops associated with mechanical wear.

In the first three to four years of our company’s establishment, we worked in the direction of developing multi conductor models for A8H, A6H, A4H and other relevant models.
