Asiantool H23010 Through Bore Multi Conductor (10.2mm)

A 2-conductor liquid metal rotating connector with a 10.2mm through-bore. It utilizes Non-Mercury (NM) Gallium alloy technology to provide a maintenance-free, electrically “silent” connection for rotating machinery.

Description

The H23010 is the dual-pole version of Asiantool’s specialized through-bore lineup. Unlike traditional slip rings that use sliding carbon brushes—which generate friction, heat, and electrical “noise” the H23010 uses a pool of liquid metal to ensure 100% surface contact at all times.

This results in an exceptionally low and stable contact resistance (< 1 mΩ), making it ideal for transmitting sensitive sensor data or stable DC/AC power without the signal jitter or voltage drops associated with mechanical wear.

Asiantool’s slip rings (rotating electrical connectors) utilize special insulation, sealing, and conductive technologies. In the first three to four years of our company’s establishment, we worked in the direction of developing multi conductor models for A8H, A6H, A4H and other relevant models. At the same time, our company’s research and development team has also developed a single conductor model for theelectrical plating of 250A-A1H25S. Now, we have upgraded the product quality and introduced multi conductor models for up to 14 poles of A1430 and single heavy current conductor models up to 7500 A. for mass production.
